How Do You "Perfect" Your Wash N Go?



Wash n go's are very popular in the natural hair community. Everyone has a different way of doing and styling their hair. Each person has different textures and curl sizes. How do you "perfect" your wash n go? What is your technique? Texture? Curl size? What products do you use? Come on and dish those details!

  1. I apply a bit of White Rain conditioner to soaking wet, detangled hair, shake a bit and then towel-dry for about 20-25 minutes. After that, I section the hair (about 8 sections) and apply Paul Mitchell's The Conditioner or Mixed Silk Leave-In Creme sealed with Softee Hair Food. I have little to no drippies, soft, moisturized hair. I put my hair in a loose bun and refresh daily with my water and Infusium 23 mist, seal the ends with again and re-bun. This technique has left me with very strong, soft, low-maintenance hair.
